Well, many things happened in weeks ago. But I have a point that I want to share with u, guys..
Well, do u agree that a smart leader should know well how to put the right man in the right path? And he/she also must work with his team in a systemic way to meet the deadline?
From my point of view, the smart leader should meets 2 points above absolutely. Why so?
See, the leader is the bold point which will determine how the performance of his subordinates are and the subordinates are the reflection of their boss is.
When I see some people who can't work with the tight deadline, that's hilarious for me.
Anyway, have u guys heard about office politic?
I ever shared to my friend that I will never fully trust anyone in the office even tough I'm so close with him/her. For me, when I entered the office environment. I just found out that everyone will make his/her obsessions as his/her priorities.
Friend, trust, loyalty are non senses.
And, I just proved that for the umpteenth time.
The fact was so mean. People will use their best mask.
In the office politic, the winner is the one who can be tough and defeat the enemies by his/her brain.
Be a smart worker not a hard worker, always work in a systematic way.
Just keep in mind, the turtle can defeat the rabbit on the race :)
